These allow the Big Block Ford owner (Cobra Jet head) to adapt to a Big Block Chevy flange pattern to allow a greater selection of headers and wider spread on the header bolts allowing a larger tube (up to 2 1/2") to be used at the head. Includes necessary hardware.
