These allow the Big Block Ford owner (Stock Iron/Cobra Jet head bolt patterns) to adapt to a Big Block Chevy flange pattern to allow a greater selection of headers and wider spread on the header bolts allowing a larger tube (up to 2 1/2") to be used at the head. Includes necessary hardware to attach to your cylinder heads.
